Old Man and His Bike Flys South for Winter

It was going to be a diary as I drove my Smart car with my cycle on the back from England south thru France, Spain , and then round back up thru Portugal and Spain again. Escaping the Winter in England, and investigating parts of France, Spain and Portugal, where I have never been before. I experience, Snow, Robbery, Love of a Spanish woman, and amazing roads and Scenery. What a wonderful start to my first year of my retirement. It all started way back on 28th November 2017.

Wednesday 3rd to Saturday 6th January waiting for a window

I had to buy some things to replace stuff that was stolen, cycling socks, inner tubes, and a lock for my cycle on the cycle rack.

I have to buy new sun lotion Guess where my other bottle was!

Had a 3 course Thai meal for €10 euros which included a large glass of vino tinto.

Two pairs of cycling socks for

€3.99 which was a good price.

Saturday morning it rained but my new plastic bag window kept the rain out of my car still no news when I will get new glass yet.

Spent the best part of Saturday afternoon in a Bar with WiFi filling out a claim Form to get the claim started. I hate forms.
