Monday 18th December - Marseillette - Sitges (Spain)

Well finally I have really started to fly south for winter, over of thru the Pyrenees down the coast to Sitges just a little bit south of Barcelona, the temperature rose by at least 5 deg.
Said my thanks and goodbyes to Adrian and Ann-Marie and left them boning up on being French. They were taking the French citizenship language tests on Tuesday.
It was cloudy for most of the day but very windy.
Saw some blue sky but that was as the sun was setting.

Hit the coast just south of Barcelona and saw a bit of blue sky.

Nice Harbour but nothing open.

Found a room in the Hotel Sitges in Sitges and 5 minutes walk was a Restaurant La Masia
which did a real rustic Catalan menu. Everything was meat.
The table wine was very good.

A sausage tree starter.

Grilled pork chops , with I forgot about the garlic mayonnaise.

Oh and the almond biscottee with a sweet pudding wine.

In the lobby of the Hotel were two Motor bikes.

One each of the floors there were 2 Mopeds!

This beauty was a hardtail early BMW single with shaft drive.

The Hotel was very good, had a great shower and a very nice breakfast as well.
